Another cache for one of our favorite Triangle Land Conservancy areas called Flower Hill. This small lock n lock is located way at the back of the site at the banks of Moccasin Creek. It is a bit tough to get to because of a very steep downhill you have to negotiate getting to the edge of the creek. It started to rain when we were there and I had a devil of a time getting back up to where Ms horsegeeks was waiting. There is a nice FTF prize of an old Irish first day cover with coin.
This cache is located on land owned by Triangle Land Conservancy, a non-profit organization based in Raleigh. TLC protects important open space throughout the Triangle to help keep our region a healthy and vibrant place to live and work. Visit www.triangleland.org for more information.
