I would have loved to put four more out here but didnt have time. This is Parys mountain and the colour's are fantastic and even better when it rains.Must wear boots or the souls of your feet will be sore.
Park at the parking co-ords (53 23.291 004 21.057)and it is a short walk to the cache and view point. A great place to start your walk or take pictures, or get your rock book out. A heaven for Geologists, photographers and walkers.Kids love it here but CARE must be taken to keep to the paths and watch for steep drops. Sensible dogs are ok off the lead but mad ones on, keep dogs out of the water pools as they are still acidic and will hurt their feet if not washed asap.The walk can be as long or short as you want it to be. The area that is called Pary's Mountain is massive, and well worth exploring. www.parysmountain.co.uk/
