Geocache Description:

The posted coordinates are bogus and even a bit peculiar. There is no cache at that location. Instead, solve a puzzle to find the coordinates!

"...467, 468, 469, 470, 471..."

"Whatcha doin?" asked la bandita between slurps of her lemonade as she walked up to el bandito.

Bandito paused and zipped up his jacket, as the temperature had dropped quickly in the shadow of the Great Pyramid of Giza. "Shh, bandita, don't mess me up. I'm trying to count all those big stones in that pyramid. There's a ton of them. 472, 473, 474..."

"You gotta be pulling my leg. Why are you acting so loco?"

"...478, 479... Because it will make a great puzzle. Think about it. We'll take the total number of stones, quadruple it, convert to base 23, and then do something with pi. I figure it will be about 2.5 stars. Great idea, huh? 480, 481, 482..."

Bandita rolled her eyes. "Yeah, whatever. Hey, they sell some good lemonade over there. They also sell these cool brochures loaded with information about this pyramid. Did you know that it is believed that the pyramid was built as a tomb for the fourth dynasty Egyptian pharaoh Khufu, and constructed over a 20 year period concluding around 2560 BC? Also, Khufu's vizier, Hemiunu, is believed by some to be the architect of the Great Pyramid. It is thought that, at construction, the Great Pyramid was 280 Egyptian royal cubits tall, which is 146.6 meters, but with erosion and the loss of its pyramidion, its current height is only 138.8 meters. Each base side was 440 royal cubits, with each..."

"...440, 441, 442... Argh!"

As bandito turned to strangle bandita, she exclaimed, "Tut, tut, bandito! Don’t be mad. Your counting is not necessary, because I just thought up an even better idea for a puzzle..."
