This cache is placed within the Natrona County Agricultural Learning and Resource Center's Demonstration Garden. Permission has been granted for access to garden with the request that folks remain on the pathways provided. The cache is accessable from the garden pathway - not from the street side. Cache may be accessable to wheelchairs with wider tires. If visiting when snow present, please make extra steps to disguise location.
This garden has been provided to demonstrate a variety of plants that are adapted to the environment of Central Wyoming. These plants tolerate the low amounts of water available through rainfall or once-a-month irrigation. Further information on any of the plants in the garden may be obtained free of charge from the Extension Service Master Gardener Volunteers. Check at the Information Counter within the ARLC, M-F, 8AM – 4:30 PM. A sitting area is available on the parking lot side of the garden. Please enter the garden from the parking lot if parking spaces are available.
