This Cache is located in Alafia River State Park off of the Old Agrico Hiking Trail.
For day use, the picnic area trail head is the best place to park. The hiking trail gets confusing at points so make sure to keep a lookout for those red blazes. Lots of elevation changes on this trail due to it being a former sight for phosphate mining. There is some steep, rooty parts so watch your step.
WARNING: In the rainy season this cache may require a short water crossing, so be ready to take those shoes off!
NOTICE: There is a small sub trail that leads to this cache and to north creek which is not the Old Agrico Hiking Trail and is not a loop. This sub trail is easy to notice as there is a fork in the trail while hiking on Old Agrico. (if you are traveling east on the trail) A right turn will take you on this sub trail but you will need to come back to the fork in order to continue on the Old Agrico Hiking Trail.
Also, be careful not to get onto the nearby "North Creek" intermediate bike trail as hikers are only allowed on easy biketrails.
The geocache is a round container with brown duck tape on it. It has a logbook and trinkets. Have fun.
