This cache is placed as a part of the Northern Armstrong County Cache Avalanche of 2008 or NACCA 2008. During ACCA 2008 some 15 or more caches were placed in mostly the northern part of the county in an initiative to introduce several new and sometimes challenging caches in the area.

Derek’s cache (in honor of Derek)
This is the first cache that I put out with Derek. Derek decided to hide this cache near our home. It is near a place where we have spent so much time with America’s favorite pastime. The contents was put together by Derek while he was a Penn State student. Derek would like to keep this a university cache so trade items must be from any college you choose. Even though he thinks Penn state is number one, you are welcome to leave any college trade item that you wish. You are looking for an ammo box that should not be too difficult to locate.
