Red Soup: This cache was muggled and from the type of garbage found there I don't feel comfortable replacing it. Unfortunately it is one of those places that seems to be very different at night that it is in the day. I am glad that lots of you got to see the view and find the cache before I had to do this but with the warmer weather it seems that this spot has become an active night spot for dubious activities.
