It's an hour hike to the end of the northernmost finger of Deer Trap Mesa. There is the occasional point where hands are required. At the very end, there's about a 6.5 foot tall rock you must scale to get to the cache. If you need it, there is a device to assist your ascent hidden directly BELOW the cache. It fits securely against the west wall of the plateau. Please return it when you leave!
The cache is clearly visible, it's an ammo crate. (You might need to dig a bit if there's snow around.)
