New York Admin: Not only has the cache been removed the the hiding place has been removed. Since the cache is gone and for it to be replaced would mean an entirely new hide and hint so should also be a new cache page. I'm archiving this one and encourage Ruff Ryders to submit a new listing when the construction is completed.
