SNOWbound Playground Traditional Cache
bergmannfamily: I've had to repair / replace this one eleven times. Someone takes too good a care of this spot. From a parent point of view that is really nice: there is never trash around. Evidently caches count as trash. I'm giving up on this spot.

The cache is a mini zip lock bag, held in place magnetically, hidden in a small playground. Bring your own writing tool as there is only room for the logbook and the FTF certificate. The location has some very high muggle hours in summer, next to none in winter. This cache has been hidden during the 2008 “WINTER BLIZZARD” cache hiding contest, in fact the first official blizzard of the year was just starting as the cache was placed (all the better to hide my footprints).
Congratulations to kildonan61 for braving a windchill of -47 to snatch the FTF certificate.
