This should be a simple and easy find for all! If its raining, park in the gravel lot near the Hotel!
The City of Gates has a population of +/- 495 people. Its a nice little town with plenty of beautiful scenery. The blue water, Fir trees, and the Mountains can be seen from both sides of town. Its a nice drive up the canyon. Lots of fishing, hiking and hunting. Not to mention a few caches in the area.
This is our very first cache. There is an unactivated "Excellent Hide" geocion for the FTF. Let me know how we did on our first. With so many good caches out there, its tough to put your first out.
