This cache is located near the shore of the Spokane River as it begins its journey westward from Coeur d'Alene Lake. If you know the area, there used to be a lumber mill here and was torn down recently. I picked this spot because of the mill. I enjoyed watching tugs boat floating logs to the mill, the sounds of the saws, and the smell of drying lumber in the kilns. At least there's still plenty to do in the area.
