The cache is located in a public park, and here are the business hours:
April-October 9am-8pm daily, November-March 10am-5pm daily.
There may be mud nearby, so be careful you do not step in it like we did! There are also thorns and PI in the area. It is a high Muggle location, and there are athletic fields nearby.
