This is a large ammo box, chock full of goodies. I placed an FTF dollar bill inside, but you may want to check out all the contents before you decide...........
Please do not "drive" to cache. Nearby parking is available, and the walk is not too long....
FTF Hound Series:
I’m not really sure that Deermark fits the criteria as an “FTF Hound,” but he has been caching so long that I’m sure he has more FTF’s than most, simply because of sheer numbers! As a matter of fact, Deermark has placed over 200 caches, handing out more FTF's than most of us could ever dream of!
Deermark had been caching since 2001, and is nearing the #10,000 mark! He is one of the "Firsts" of the "First to Finds," and although too humble to admit it, he has made an indelible contribution to the geocaching community.
Deermark is currently ranked 20th IN THE WORLD as far as total geocaches, although he has been ranked as high as 10th at times. Even with this being the case, you can tell that it's "not about the numbers" with Deermark, he just truly enjoys the sport, and the people whom he meets along the way.
Deermark is famous for his "Trailmix" events, where cachers come from far and wide to wander mile after mile through some of Indiana's finest parks, picking up cache after cache along the way. (The cache are usually caches that Deermark himself has created)
Alongside Deermark, you will usually find Daggy. (Deermark's bride) She is a geocaching icon in her own right, with over 8000 finds. The two of them together make quite a team!
Deermark is more of a “long walk in the woods with a big ammo box at the end,” kind of guy, so I’m putting a big ammo box in the woods! (I didn’t get the “long walk” part though)

FTF Hound Series “Legal Disclaimers!!”

"We all know that there are just those cachers that always seem to be the lead dog and get to that cache just ahead of you. This series is dedicated to those cachers that are dedicated to keeping the rest of us from getting that coveted FTF. This series just has a few simple rules.
1. If a cache is placed with your name, then it is hoped you will place a cache with someone else’s name. This way someone else gets the FTF on a cache other then you!
2. If you beat someone else to the FTF on a cache with their name, then it is hoped that both of you will place a cache in someone else’s name.
3. Please keep the title the same for all new caches released. Just change the cachers name when you place the new cache.
4. Please have fun with this. We are all out here to enjoy the outdoors and meet new people. But a little good natured ribbing and maybe a small story about this person is always enjoyed." (See above)
