Geocache Description:

An unusual flat stone bedded stream with some great views to the mountains.

We always try to get to Craig y Fan Ddu at around sunrise, as the views are particularly spectacular then. The stream bed looks like it has been laid by a tiler. It is incredibly regular for something in such an untamed location. Blaen Caerfanell is one of three main streams that contribute to the waterfalls below, before flowing into the Talybont Reservoir.
