Many of you are now, or sometime in the future will be, familiar with this adjacent edifice of modern taxation. I for one, have begrudgingly forked over some of my cash in the pursuit of clear title and registration. I guess it is a forgone conclusion that as long as I want adult toys, I will end up in there and pay to play.
Difficulty due to the mass of transit bringing hordes of muggle traffic here daily during business hours. You might try this in the evening after things have died down around there a bit. If not, stealth techniques will be required as muggles can come at you from every direction!
The cords were averaged out to a 7 foot accuracy. There are only a couple of obvious spots to stash a cache nearby, and the first guess doesn't count lol. Good Luck!
