This is "Round 2" of my cache Assault/Barrage/Onslaught of WESTERN caches..haha.
All this fun was "brought on" (haha) by Pogwog (Paul),and his "Cache Warfare" plan, in which being the "East Vs. West".
Seriously tho, this does sound like a fun idea especially newer caches on the East side. Dont know the backroads over there and it will be a blast caching in new areas I havent been to!
Cant wait to see more Eastern caches, and be on the lookout for "Round 3" in the near future,from "yours truly" (haha)--here on the WEST side!
Another simple roadside cache on a simple, lonely, less traveled backroad/Farm Road just on the North outskirts of Ash Grove.
But this cache has an added Bonus!
Check out the killer VIEW from the cache location..which is high atop a hill overlooking the city of Ash Grove!
From here if you look Southwest and West--you can see for many,many miles!
Pretty cool view, for real.
I was out there around sunset last night, and it was a sight to see. Really beautiful.
Cache container is a 35mm film cannister.
Cammo taped and well hidden, as usual.
Log only--so dont forget your pen/pencil!
PLEASE cover it back up with the "natural objects" that I used to hide it with.
Also make sure the lid snaps back shut and the ziplock is sealed.
Didnt see any traffic while I was there, but nevertheless, keep your eyes and ears peeled for any traffic.
