Geocache Description:

A small, tough climb in a beautiful area will yield a find.

Four-Wheelers use an area known as 7 Creeks for recreational fun, and pass by an escape capsule on a coal mine air shaft. The Cache is hidden nearby. It's a medium-sized pencil box, white plastic with a green lid. Be careful during holiday weekend: A lot of off-roaders use this area. It should be no problem with people interfering as the cache is hidden away from the trails they use, but they may see you going into the woods and get curious. This is a beautiful area, with lots of wildlife. Come in from the west on Washington TWP Road 101, but you'll have to cross two submarine bridges and ford the creek once to get there. Access will be tough if the creek is up. Park near the shaft. Cache in good shape as of 4/11/08.
