DISASTER HAS STRUCK. I CAN'T MAKE MY OWN EVENT. A HOSPITAL IN RHODE ISLAND NEEDS SERVICE AND I'M THE ONLY ONE AVAILABLE TO DO THE WORK. SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO VOLUNTEER TO GO THERE IN THE MORNING TO RESERVE A PAVILLION. THEY ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

All cachers are invited to the 3rd annual Thousandaires BBQ to celebrate all the cachers who have made it 1000 finds or more. If you have over one find you are invited. If you don't have any finds, you have plenty of time to get one.
It is at Freeport Beach so bring your bathing suits.
Since I need to be there at sun up to reserve the pavilion we will be starting about 10:00 AM. I don't expect to be eating until 1 or 2 PM. Like last year, the event will be going on all day. I will be putting out a few caches in the area so there will be new ones for everyone to grab.
Information will be available for those caches you have been unable to find.
I will be bringing my gas grill again this year so if you want to bring something to put on it........This year I will bring some SMITH"S hotdogs and hamburgers to put on the grill too. Post what you will bring so I can make a list.
As is the custom with NWPA Events, there is no charge to attend, but donations will be accepted to cover hotdogs, hamburgers and fuel.
And as usual, bring your own plates and silverware. Please bring a covered dish to share if you are local. Anyone coming from California should bring chips.
There may be some sort of cache run later in the day. Depends on who wants to go.
