Nachtcache in der Rhein Neckar Region, Gelaende einfach, Dauer ca. 2 Stunden. Strecke ca. 5 km
Allgemeine Infos:
Dieser Cache hat kein bestimmtes Motto, getauscht werden kann und soll was immer ihr dabei habt, natuerlich gehen wir davon aus dass jeder fair tradet. Gern gesehene Gäste sind natu¨rlich Travelbugs und Coins aus aller Welt und selbstverständlich könnt ihr den Cache auch gerne loggen, ohne zu tauschen...
Wir möchten euch darauf aufmerksam machen, daß dies unser allererster Cacheversuch ist! Fuer Verbesserungsvorschläge, Tips, Anregungen und Hinweise wären wir sehr dankbar! Wir hoffen, daß euch dieser Cache genauso viel Spaß macht wie uns! Danke an Klaus und Harald fuer die technische Unterstuetzung und an Sonia, Sally, Bryce und Johannes, die als Beta Tester unterwegs waren. Es gruessen euch Team Sheriff und Tigerduck.
Allgemeine Hinweise:
Parken kann man am Startpunkt, dieser Parkplatz ist zwar ein bisschen versteckt und vielleicht auch manchmal durch eine Schranke geschuetzt ist aber absolut legal. Von dort koennt ihr auch gleich starten. Da die Anfahrt vielleicht ein bisschen schwierig ist, haben wir eine Uebersichtskarte als Link eingegeben:

Sollte wiedererwarten die Schranke unten sein und ihr nicht zum Startpunkt fahren koennen, dann parkt bitte bei den alternativ Koordinaten. Dieser Parkplatz ist gut ausgebaut und beleuchtet. Er ist zwar vor einem Gebaeude der US Army, ist aber frei zugaenglich. Genauso wie das Gebiet in dem dieser Cache versteckt ist. Die Wegstrecke verlaengert sich dann um gut 2 km!
Beachtet Punktrechnung geht vor Strichrechnung. Dabei sind „*“ =“mal“ und
„/“ = "geteilt durch".
Fuer alle Koordinaten gilt N 49° xx.xxx und E 008° yy.yyy. Angegeben werden
während des Caches nur noch xx.xxx und yy.yyy.
Die Stages bzw. die Micros die versteckt wurden sind immer in der Naehe eines Weges, nur Stage 4 und das Final sind ein bisschen weiter im Wald.
Denkt daran, nicht immer nur nach vorne zu schauen!
Manchmal koennte es nuetzlich sein die Anzahl der Reflektoren zu kennen, aber nur manchmal, und auch nur vielleicht!
Eine starke Lampe ist zu empfehlen.
Dauer ca. 2 Std. Die Streckenlänge beträgt inkl. Rueckkehr zum Parkplatz ca. 5 km.
Der Cache ist so angelegt, dass er wintertauglich sein sollte. Da gerade kein Winter ist, konnte das noch nicht ueberprueft werden.
Achtet darauf, möglichst die nächstgelegenen Reflektoren zu finden.
Start
STARTPUNKT:
N 49° 24.665, E 008° 33.216, hier kann man Parken (siehe Hinweis oben), und auch nochmal aufs Toillettenhaeuschen.
Gehe vom Startpunkt aus suedlich den Weg zurueck und suche nach 3 weissen Reflektoren Stage 1 im Wald.
STAGE 1:
Hier erklaert euch der Hinweis wie ihr zu Stage 2 kommt, nicht wundern, den die Wege des ..........
STAGE 2:
Nachdem ihr hier erfolgreich den Micro gefunden habt und euch den Hinweis gemerkt habt, geht es weiter zu Stage 3.
STAGE 3:
Den Micro findet ihr ca. 3 Meter hinter dem Gegenstand der bei Stage 2 benannt wurde. Hier wird euch erklaert was ihr euch merken muesst, und wie ihr zu Stage 4 kommt wo es die Formel gibt.
STAGE 4:
Bei Stage 4 angekommen und gefunden, koennt ihr nun die Koordinaten berechnen die euch zur naechsten Stage bringen.
STAGE 5:
Der Beginn fuer die Stage 5 ist bei N 49° xx.xxx und E 008° yy.yyy von dort aus solltet ihr drei gelbe Reflektoren im Wald um euch rum sehen (damit meinen wir 360°).
2 der Reflektoren bilden eine Linie auf der ihr euch bewegen muesst um den Micro zu heben.
Stage 5 gefunden und den Hinweis bekommen. Dann geht es auf zum Final.
FINAL:
Wie oben schon gesagt der Final ist etwas im Wald, gut zugaenglich nur kurze Hosen sind vielleicht nicht so gut, Dornen und Brennesseln. Ausserdem ist der Final durch 2 Reflektoren gekennzeichnet.

This cache does not have a special theme; you can trade whatever you desire. Although trade fair. Of course we are fond of guests like Travel Bugs and Geo Coins form all over the world. And finally you can log the cache without trading as well.
We have to tell you that this is our first attempt to hide a cache. We are open to any suggestions and proposals for improvement and new ideas. We hope that you are going to have as much fun as we had when we hid it. We would like to thank Klaus and Harald for the workshop support and Sonja, Sally, Bryce and Johannes for testing it out. General Hints and Explanations:
You are able to park at the starting point of this cache, there is an official parking lot for hikers, it is maybe a little hidden and once in awhile secured by a boom but absolutely legal. Since the approach to the parking might be a bit difficult we linked a map with the parking lot:

If the boom should be down contrary to our expectations and you can’t drive to the Start, please park at the alternate parking lot. This parking area is in good shape and lighted as well. It is in front of a building from the US Army but the area is open for everybody. Same as the area our cache is hidden in.
Attention: Order of operations. „*“ =“times“ and „/“ = "divide by".
For every coordinates it is N 49° xx.xxx and E 008° yy.yyy.
The Stages/Micros are hidden close to a trail, exception is Stage 4 and the Final, those are a little further in the woods.
Remember not to look only straight ahead!
Sometimes it could be useful to know the number of reflectors, but only sometimes and only maybe!?
A strong flashlight is recommended.
The cache takes about 2 hours to find. The length of the trail is about 5 km.
This cache should be searchable in winter and summer, since it is not winter right now, we could not test that yet.
Remember to look for the closest reflectors.
START:
N 49° 24.665, E 008° 33.216, you can park here (see information above), and also use the restroom.
Head south from the Start and follow the 3 white reflectors. Stage 1 will be seen as a red dot in the woods.
STAGE 1:
The clue you will find explains the way to Stage 2, don’t be surprised because........
STAGE 2:
After successfully finding the Micro and noting the hint, go on to Stage 3.
STAGE 3:
You will find the Micro approx. 3 meters behind the object described in Stage 2. The hint will explain what you need to know, how you get to Stage 4 where the formula is.
STAGE 4:
Arrived at Stage 4, and found it, you will be able to compute the coordinates which will bring you pretty close to the Final.
STAGE 5:
The start for Stage 5 is at N 49° xx.xxx and E 008° yy.yyy, from here you will be able to see 3 yellow reflectors in the woods around you (i.e. can be 360 degrees).
Two of the reflectors establish a line, on which you have to walk in order to find the Micro.
Found Stage 5 and read the clue, go on to the Final.
FINAL:
As already mentioned above, the Final is off the trail in the woods. It is accessible pretty good, but we would recommend wearing long pants, brushes and thorns. Also the Final is marked by 2 reflectors.
