This is a medium sized island in Lake Marion. It was the previous home of another cache.
This is the second in a series of island caches placed south of the river. The water by the island can be very shallow. The terrain rating will be easier in the winter if you are not afraid of falling through the ice. A life jacket is a good idea year-round.
WATCH OUT FOR POISON IVY. The hide is only 15 feet from shore (east side) in an obvious hiding spot so you do not have to dig through the woods.
