Cache IS at the posted coordinates. Previously a Puzzle concept cache, but isn't anymore.
This was a concept cache that seemed like a good idea at first. Historically this cache was trapped under a boulder and you needed a Jack to remove the rock off the cache, but it wound up being a regular cache in a traffic area and was stolen too easily. Cache has been changed from regular to small and terrain has been bumped due to a little scramble up to the cache.
The cache location is visible for miles and the climb can be made from any direction with the exception of the south. Hike from the West side has some nice graffiti art of some creepy character. Hikes from the East or North are much easier however.
Ground zero is in the middle of the 3 pinnacles of rock, but not on top.
