This cache is located near the top of Abbott Hill. It is just off the trail so there should be no need for bushwacking. The Trail is a nice walking path, great for kids and pets and if you continue down the path it will bring you to a nice picnic area by the lake.
This cache is a clear water proof container, aprox. 4x8x8. This cache is also a Travel Bug Hotel. Right now there are only TB's in it but all trades are welcomed. We would like to keep at least one TB in the Cache at all times so pleas take note of how many TB's there are. There is a log book, pens and pencils. This Cache is located just off the trail so there is no need for bushwacking. This is a great trail for kids and pets. The best access to this cache is by the Dexter Middle School. So please be mindful of the time when you plan your hunt.
This area was once used for skiing. I am told that skiiers would ski down the hill right out on to the lake. There is the remains of what was the ski tow, it is just an old motor and truck frame. Happy Caching Sleepycow
