This is not our usual type of cache- we usually don't make them this difficult (or small - we're not a big fan of micros, as you may know). It is not hard to get to, handicap accessible, even, but look carefully when you get there.
Actually, when we came up with this micro, I thought to myself, "This is like something SilhoutteXXand Sarg863 would do". So we are dedicating this micro to them - and to the many hours we have spent searching and cursing looking for their many caches in the area (and - on very rare occasions - finding). We hope we can do them justice with this one.

This cache would count for Page 60 on the North Carolina Delorme Challenge (GCTYE6), and for Moore County on the North Carolina County Challenge (GC19YRC)
