Quarry Quandary Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

inspicio: As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.

Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Geocache Description:

This is Wookus's second cache. It is in a former quarry site that was stripped of its indigenous vegetation but native grasses and saltbush have regenerated naturally over the years since work here ceased.
Close to Gardiners Creek, this pocket of greenery has become an extension of the creek’s wildlife corridor and many birds drop by.

The coordinates will take you to a peaceful spot to solve the puzzle. It will not be quite so peaceful if you arrive on Boroondara Farmers Market day (third Saturday of the month from 8am to 1pm, and a market that is well worth a visit).

Four metres away from where you are sitting is a plaque which will aid in figuring out the following:

On what day of the month did the mayor drop by? (AB)

And in what year? (CDEF)

How many letters in her first name? (G)

Solve the Quarry Quandary then find the cache at:
