Terrain is flat and grassy. Very easy.
As MCP said in her Did Not Find note, the original cache was apparently found and trashed by mowers in the first week of September of '07. I have replaced that cache with a somewhat smaller bottle. It contains a log, a few miscellaneous items and short pencils for geocachers to use in their own caches (not having to cut down longer pencils). I'll replenish the pencil supply as needed. Park in the parking lot at Balcones District Park. Please return the bottle as found (so no mowers spot it) and be sure the lid is on tight.
