A nice Park and Grab but not your usual micro. A good place for a traditional in this busy urban area.
It seems everytime I come by this way I see a raccoon roaming around, whether it's day or night it makes no difference. Lots of times I will walk by the area at night and see a pair of eyes starring at me in the dark, a closer inspection always reveals a raccoon. I decided to place a cache here, a nice change from all the micros, but still an easy grab without bushwacking. When I went to place the cache I was actually scared by a raccoon, how appropriate. He was harmless and once both our hearts stopped beating so fast we were able to relax a bit.
A man comes by to feed the ferral cats daily, he is friendly but isn't aware of the cache, you may want to circle the block or visit a local store and come back if you see his van there. There is lots of trash to CITO so bring your trash bags along.
