This cache is dedicated to celebrate my 400th caches found.
During a deployment of 6 month with NATO, Afghanistan or UN Mission
The CO allowed to soldiers and officers a certain amount of hours in row for Rest & Recreation.
The CO decide how many hours and how may R&R are allowed.
Normaly 2 block of 84 Or 72 Hours.
This cache use to trade items relative to game & recreation.
