Amulek: When I put this cache in place, this is basically an abandoned type area. The tower referred to a brand new cell tower city has been installed right on the other side of the fence. The tower is long gone and now the government has taken over this area and made it a mulch recycling pit and looks like they’ve covered up the cache. All things considered.
