Park at the Alameda-Rio Grande parking lot, just south of Alameda and just east of the Rio Grande River bridge, at N35 11.714 W106 38.386.
Head south on the paved bike trail, but go off of it and into the woods at N35 11.478 W106 38.627, where you will meet the large main North-South trail that winds through the Bosque at N35 11.481 W106 38.672 (& go south on it). This cache is a matchstick container. The busy street/bridge in the distance toward the south is Paseo-Del-Norte.
