Geocache Description:

This multi will take you on a circular walking tour of Cardigan.
The cache is suitable for buggies/wheelchairs as it's all on pavements/roads apart from the final cache a few metres off road.
The above co-ords are for pay and display parking, allow at least 1.5 hours for the walk BUT there are lots of tempting pubs, shops and cafes in Cardigan so organise your parking with these temptations in mind!

As you go round you will need to collect numbers which will correspond to the letters A-M given in the stages and use these to find the final cache location. E.G. If the answer to my first question was 27 A would be 2 and B would be 7 etc. Have fun.

The car park stands on the original location of one of Cardigan's shipyards. On the left is the wreck of the 'Saundra', towed here 'for repair' after a fire in the 1970s! If you’re VERY lucky you may catch sight of an otter on the river Teifi (on the day I created this cache I watched one for 5 minutes from a distance of 5m and it was completely unperturbed by my presence).
Walk to the end of the car park and follow the footpath up the bank to

St Mary’s Church, built in the 12th century by Benedictine monks whose priory was next door on the site of hospital. The church and tower were rebuilt in the 18th century. Many of the gravestones reflect Cardigan's maritime past.
