This is a log only cache. The container is tubular shaped, 1 3/4 x 4 inches. No exchange items, please. Best avoided in September,October, and November due to the unbelievable numbers of mosquitos.
Bring your binoculars! The find is near the parking area and it will be up to you whether or not you chose to take time to explore the surroundings. It is extremely popular with bird watchers.
On Mondays, during the winter, it is closed to the public until 10 a.m.. Otherwise, it is open all day, but closed at night.
After checking out the information in the kiosk, go down the peripheral service road on the left, not down the paved path. The cache is nearby and does not require any disturbance of vegetation or the disturbing of any creatures. After replacing the cache, please brush away any tale-tale disturbance you may have made in the dried leaves around it.
