In the land of Narnia, there were Marshwiggles, one of whom was called Puddleglum. He was the sort of person who was convinced it would rain in the next moment, so we might as well not start out. And if we did start, we would probably lose our way. But he as a good guide to the children in the story and saved them from disaster in C.S. Lewis’s book, The Silver Chair.
