Chief Black Fox Wants to move along the Trail of Tears.
Just like he did in the early in 1800s. Update!!!...Update...Update...Update...We will be riding out west to the four corners area the week of July 16 2007. We will be riding back to TN on interstate 40. If we could get him any where close to my route I will pick him up and bring him home and retire him. Let me know if you can help. Thanks Steve "Roadking2"
On Sept. 7, 1794, Ore's expedition overpowered Black Fox at the Spring in Murfreesboro, TN. According to legend he leaped into the spring and emerged from Murfree Spring, 3 miles away. In the early 1800s he became a Principal Chief of the Cherokee Nations.

As we wrote in our log in 2008, we DISCOVERED the dreamcacher in this cache but did not take it with us. If you read through the logs after our visit, you'll see that user yellowspyder took Chief Black Fox from cache GCHDDY on June 28, 2008. Good luck finding it!

As you probably already figured your TB is not in the cache. I can't believe no one has posted a note about it in the past 2 years?

Found this TB and just couldn't pass it up. Thought I'd get it back into Oklahoma and give it another chance to get back near Tahlequah or Fort Gibson, where the Trail of Tears ended. Didn't realize until I got back and checked the Chief's map that he'd been to Oklahoma before. Oh well, this will get him back there again! Very nice TB and is still in good shape. Will drop the Chief soon, after we return home in a few days.
