A cache on the Bothamley Pathway
Bothamley Park is a pleasant walkway in the eastern suburbs of Porirua. In times gone by it was the access road for farms but now is a compacted gravel service road in a reserve. It's reasonably popular with walkers, joggers and cyclists.
The cache is near the fork in the track that provides the choice of going south to Cannons Creek part of Warspite Ave, north to the Ascott Park part of Warspite Ave, or west to the next fork. Any of those paths are suitable for getting here. The cache is not right at the fork but it is nearby, and a short distance off the track.
The cache has a logbook and a pencil.
