The Letterbox
This cache is a so-called letterbox hybrid. Each letterbox contains a logbook, and a rubber stamp. When letterboxers find the container, they stamp the logbook with their personal stamp, and also stamp their own notebook with the stamp from the letterbox as a souvenir of their visit. The stamp and logbook remain in the letterbox for the next visitor to use. You can find out more about letterbox hybrids in the Geocaching Help Centre.
The Occasion
In early 2018 GC HQ launched another promotion where you could grab ten virtual souvenirs. In order to make things easy and straight forward, we created a little series which will be linked once it's published. The task was to get 500 points over three weeks. You can find more information about that in the blog post.
