T2A-R: Barking Up the Wrong Tree? (BOP) Traditional Cache

This is one of a series of caches we have placed on a route from Tauranga to Auckland return (T2A-R). The traditional caches will contain information needed for two bonus caches, one at either end of the trip.

From time to time we travel this route between Tauranga and Auckland, sometimes returning the same day. We have got into the habit of stopping to find a cache or two as a good excuse to take a break from driving, and decided to place a few ourselves.

This cache is placed in the Athenree Gorge. There is plenty of room to pull off the roadside near GZ. The road can be busy at times so please take care. When approaching GZ you can either take the metal track uphill from the rest area or climb up the bank from the roadside.

You are looking for a 450ml sistema containing a waterproof log book, pencil and a few swaps. It can hold small swaps and TB's. The cache also contains one of the clues you will need to locate the T2A-R: Tauranga Bonus cache.
