The bear “Rocks”
Often when we pass this point of the Sturt Highway on our way to Adelaide I glance over and look at this Rock and imagine that it’s a Polar Bear sitting amongst the trees.
I reckon this polar bear is Cool or as the old saying goes it rocks hence the name.
I would like to suggest that you slow down and turn into Les Dunkley Road to park your wheels, the cache is nearby
But still take great care while turning into that road as any cars approaching either from the front or back of you are traveling at 110 Km/hour and they will be on you before you can execute your turn.
Sorry for the bad SMELL in the area its from the near by piggeries and not something on the sole of your shoes.
I have included a photo of the Bear Rock but note it is on private property and the Cache is not on Private property and there is no need to get through the fence.
The cache is a micro with log book and pencil but do use your pen, there is no room for swaps.
Hope the day you visit the wind is blowing from the west, Enjoy
