Keep the Doctor Away Traditional Cache
darth trader: My favourite cache with 30 favourites has gone missing. Unfortunately the location of this (on private property with permission) looks to be taking its toll on the garden. I am archiving this one for the time being.

Located on the river bank oppisite to the Maitland hospital and
built in the 1870s, this unique Landmark has a wealth of history
and effectively 'keeps the doctor away'.
In the 1970s, the building was opened as an Italian Restaurant,
with its imported Red Glass windows being its distinguishing
feature.
It operated as a well renowned Restaurant with its intimate fine
dining and, the place to meet, until its closure in 1997.
In 2003, after purchasing the building in a derelict state, the
current proprietors have spent many painstaking years in restoring
and transforming the interior and exterior, to a bright and
charming residence and art gallery.
The warm and inviting atmosphere has recaptured the same ambience
as it had in the 1970s with added features including a delightful
Courtyard and a serene Cottage Garden. If you visit on the weekend,
you can also take a tour of the artist's gallery.
This cache is at eye level on the boundry of private property with
the owner's knowledge and is in a high muggle area. Please use
appropriate stealth.
