This is a mystery multi-cache that should prove to be a challenge and hopefully educational as well. The above coordinates are the location of the starting point which is the parking lot at Hopewell Community Park.
There are three caches and they're each located within walking distance inside the park. There are two satellite caches and each have 1/2 of the coordinates of the final cache location. However the coordinates are in other than latitude longitude format. The system used is identified in the caches, below the coordinates and they're the same in both.
One half of the location of satellite cache A can be determined by decoding the following text:

The other half can be determined by simply reading and deciphering the following non English wordings:

One half of the location for satellite cache B can be determined by solving the below text and grid:

Except for the wordings all codes and text contain nothing but the coordinates and all are in latitude longitude format.
The main cache has a first to find pouch that has in excess of $50 in cash, coins and other goodies. While you're there you can visit the football cache also in the park if you haven't already done so. You can say hello to the many ducks and geese that populate the area as well.
