The cache IS at the posted coords. You can find and sign the log any time you want, but in order to log a "Found It" you must first qualify.
The other day we were FTF on a fun challenge cache called "FOLLOW YOUR FAVORITE GEOCACHER CHALLENGE" (GC45HK6) by PsychoticJester. I thought it was a great idea for a cache and on the way home from signing the log, we decided to hide a challenge but with a slightly different twist.
We had always noticed this weird pull-out off of California State Route 82. Since it offers convenient parking, we decided to hide a cache here. So, in order to log this Route 82 cache, you must have found caches owned by at least 82 different cache owners. We qualify quite a few times over and believe this is a good way to entice people to venture out from their normal stomping grounds and enjoy the varied caches made by different CO's. We hope you enjoy.
