This cache, like my "Rudolph's Nose" and
"Frosty's Cache" caches, was placed right before a big snowstorm
was expected to fall on the Ozarks.
Sheeba the Sheep has received a
Valentine's Day card from her Valentine that has a secret message
encoded within it. Can you help her find the secret
message?
What you need to do to find the cache
is:
- Figure out what the secret message
is.
- Using the logic that A=1, B=2, etc., use
the instructions below to determine the numbers for A, B, C, D, E,
F, G, H, I, and J.
- Put those numbers into the final
coordinates.
- Find the cache!
The secret message is hidden in this
Valentine greeting: "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTVWXYZ".
- First letter in the message -12 =
A
- Second letter in the message x 2 - 9 =
B
- Third letter in the message - 10 =
C
- Fourth letter in the message - 11 =

- Fifth letter in the message - 4 =

The cache is a small
plastic container and contains only a logbook. Bring your own
writing utensil. Please be sure to replace the cache exactly as you
found it.
Be aware of the normal hazards in the woods:
thorns, ticks, etc. This shouldn't be too bad in the winter months,
though. Also, please be aware of muggles since the cache is right
off the trail.
