If walking the wildcat trail there are numerous areas in Newtonmore in which to park and pick up the trail. However, if you are going specially for the cache then drive up the minor road behind newtonmore and there is some off road parking through a gate at NH 72185 00155.
Micro Cache (Film canister) containing a small log and pencil. However please take along a pen or pencil just in case.
This is one of a small number of remains left of Hut circles in the area.
You can clearly see the foundations. You will have to imagine a ring of upright posts and a low bank of stones and turf which then supported a roof of turf and thatch.
