Old Marubishi building
Tokyo modern ages and construction series # 05
The current name is called the first KS building. It is an office building constructed in (1925) in 1925. It orientates according to the outside moat and it is built. A few remodeling stops the appearance when creating it well by the fifth floor on ferroconcrete make ground one story in the underground though is seen.
The front puts the small sum tile on the straight joint, and decorates the eaves molding, the trunk bellows, and the window frame, etc. in white.
The appearance of the commerce and industry development in the vicinity of the old [rensuzume] town is told well.

旧丸菱ビル
東京近代建築シリーズ #05
今の名前は第一ＫＳビルといいます。大正14年(1925)に建設されたオフィスビルです。外堀通りに東面して建っています。鉄筋コンクリート造地上5階地下１階建で、多少の改造は見られますが、創建時の姿を良くとどめています。
正面は小口タイルを芋目地に張り、軒蛇腹、胴蛇腹、窓枠等を白く飾っています。
旧連雀町界隈の商工業発展の様子をよく伝えています。
