This is a mystery cache.
The 32 x 32 grid pattern shown in Figure 1 represents an area near Shizuoka station.
The cell at the top left corner corresponds to N 34.979214 °,E138.383116° (Sunpu Kouen).
One cell is not a square.
The height of one cell is 0.000702522 deg, and the width is 0.000701175 deg.
Thus, the cell at the bottom right corner corresponds to N34.95743583°, E138.4048524° (near Toro Kouen).
The cache is at the center of four blinkers, which are not yet shown in Figure 1.
